Our seven-stage build process - including the one checkpoint that depends on you: client copy delivery.
We scope the project, send the proposal and contract, collect the deposit, and get you set up with an intake questionnaire.
We map the sitemap and page structure, create a visual framework with sample content, and confirm what content each page needs.
Design can't start until your copy is approved - this is the one step that runs on your clock, not ours.
With real copy in hand, we build high-fidelity navigable framework starting with the homepage, then move through key inner pages for your review.
With the approved designs on a staging site, we set up the CMS, and wire up forms and integrations.
We test across browsers and devices, check every link and form, then walk you through the staging site for a final round of feedback - price includes one round of revisions.
Once you give final approval, we point the domain, set up SSL, push to production, and run a smoke test on every critical path.
We send the final invoice, hand off your credentials with a short training walkthrough, and offer an ongoing maintenance plan if you want one.
